Return Policy

At Laganuma, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products, except for perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids, any kind of liquids or gases. Products under £50, gift cards and coupons, downloadable software products, cleaning and personal care items, and media products including inks are also non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Please keep in mind that a restocking fee of £15 plus 15% of the product cost will be charged, so please think before returning your items.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, you must obtain a valid Returns number by emailing us at The Returns number must be visible on the outside of the packaging when returning goods, and each item must have with it a printed copy of its accompanying returns details. This should contain the Returns number, a detailed fault description, and the invoice number associated with the product. All goods are returned at the customers expense and must be sufficiently packaged to avoid transit damage, with the original documentation, software, and accessories.

Please note that we are not liable for loss or damage during transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items. Any returns received without an appropriate Returns number may be rejected and returned to the sender without inspection. A return is valid for 30 days, and if no goods are received within this time, the Return will be cancelled.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the restocking fee. If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit for the value of the return will be issued once the returned item is received, and a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Additional Information

All goods will be returned to the original invoice address. No goods will be accepted without proof of purchase. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse to restock any goods that have been returned incomplete, without the manufacturer's packaging or with defaced packaging, or in a non-resalable condition. Goods that are returned for restocking will have a minimum restocking fee of 15% applied (minimum value £50), plus a testing fee of £15. Where an advanced replacement is organized, a charge will be applied to the customers account for the replacement product but will be credited as soon as the faulty product is received. Where a swap-out (delivery and collection) is organized, the collection must be available at the point of delivery of the replacement; otherwise, the customer will be liable for the cost.
