What courier do we use? What are the costs? Where are we shipping? What options available?

LAGANUMA staff members are fully aware of how important fast and safe delivery service is to our customers. We use DPD Local UK services to ship all of the products listed in our shop. All DPD packages can be tracked to a 1 hour delivery slot.

Our parcels are delivered by DPD Local who within years have proved themselves to be one of the most efficient couriers around, providing a consistently high success rate compared to their competitors.

We ship to all United Kingdom mainland, except Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey.

Order before 16:00 PM and get it tomorrow. For guaranteed next day delivery please ensure your order is completed before 16:00 PM Monday –  Friday.

Always provided tracking number, usual delivery time is 1-3 days. Available in Order Tracking page.

Next day delivery only applies to UK mainland. Deliveries to Scottish highlands, Southern Ireland or Channel Islands will take 2 working days.

During weekends, sale periods and promotions the delivery time may take longer than usual.

Any orders placed after 16:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday (excludes bank holidays – these will be delivered the next working day)'.

Standard Next Day Delivery cost is FREE. Weekend delivery is extra £19.99 per order and can be arranged upon contacting customer support below.
